We’re ready for Eagles

Harambee Stars midfielder, Francis Kahata, has said his side was ready to take on African Champions, Nigeria in a World Cup qualifier.

The game is scheduled for the U.J. Esuene Stadium in Calabar on Saturday March 23, 2013.
The Thika United player said Coach Adel Amrouche has put the team through training that has sharpen their skills ahead the Calabar battle.

“We are ready, always ready. We have trained well and we are looking forward to the match,” he told futaa.com in Lagos.

“Adel Amrouche has been a fantastic coach, and we have been able to understand his tactics.”
The 21 year-old was quick to dismiss question of pressure in the team as they get set to play the champions of Africa.

“We are not under any form of pressure. We will go out there on Saturday and do our best. And we hope for a good result.”

Nigeria top the group on four points, while Kenya is placed bottom with one point.
