Opening with a close-up of the former Disney star's face, director Terry Richardson soon pans out to show the singer wearing just a sheer white tank top and matching pants.
Scantily-clad Miley belts out the powerful ballad with tears streaming down her face as she proceeds to smash up the set with an enormous hammer - she clearly ain't happy.
She then climbs on top of a giant wrecking ball as she swings around the room in typically provocative fashion - before losing the clothes completely.

This is a lot of hype over some near-nudity, and really, the video should be panned for being ridiculously over-the-top and heavy-handed. Richardson is a simple-minded, pervy, hack if I've ever seen one.
