Nicole Kidman 'to press charges' after paparazzo knocks her down on his bike, eek!

She’s usually seen with poise and grace when being snapped by photographers.

But unfortunately for Nicole Kidman this was not the case after she took a tumble when a paparazzo collided with her on his bike yesterday.

Ouch.

The 46-year-old actress was knocked down by pap Carl Wu as she was making her way to the Carlyle Hotel following a day at New York Fashion Week.



According to TMZ, the pap was attempting to take a picture of the Oscar winner while on his bike but failed to brake in time, sending her flying.

Real smooth Carl.

The actress is now said to be planning on pressing charges over the incident.

 

One onlooker told US.Magazine.com: "She looked hurt, but there wasn't any blood.

"She put her shoes back on and ran into the Carlyle."

Carl meanwhile, who also ended up on the floor, was given a ticket by the police for riding on the pavement.

He avoided any criminal charges from the officer who was reportedly overheard saying:  An accident's an accident."

 




Clearly Nicole doesn’t feel the same way.

This isn’t the first time pap Carl has got himself in trouble while trying to snap a celeb.

In 2010 the pap was accused of behaving recklessly when trying to capture an image of Lady Gaga.
