When Justin Bieber's Super Bowl bound plane was searched by authorities for drugs on Friday, it apparently was for good reason.
During questioning at New Jersey's Teterboro Airport, the "Confident" singer admitted to smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol during the rowdy flight, according to a police report obtained by NBC News.
Justin, 19, and his father Jeremy Bieber, 38, were allegedly "extremely abusive" to a flight attendant on board, and their private jet was so full of marijuana smoke that the pilots were forced to wear oxygen masks.
"The captain of the flight stated that he warned the passengers, including Bieber, on several occasions to stop smoking marijuana," the report supposedly reads. "The captain also stated he needed to request that the passengers stop their harassing behavior toward the flight attendant and after several warnings asked the flight attendant to stay with him near the cockpit to avoid any further abuse."
When the plane landed, it was met by DEA and Customs and Border Protection agents and police.
No unsmoked weed was found during the search; however, there was smoke inside the cabin, according the report. Officers questioned the singer alone because "in past examinations, Bieber had become argumentative and abusive when together with his security team."
That sounds familiar.
When Justin was detained upon entering Australia under similar circumstances last November, he supposedly received a warning for using "inappropriate language" towards officers.
The alleged drugs onboard had disappeared, and "none of the items could be linked to Bieber, his father, or their guests." No members of the flight crew were willing to file charges against Bieber, his father, or the 10 passengers so they were free to go… and off they went, indeed.
On Friday night, Justin and his dad partied at Maxim's pre-Super Bowl bash until 4 a.m. (the singer was refused entry into at least two other parties beforehand). While sources told Yahoo Justin didn't appear to be drinking, his security team was allegedly aggressive with guests who tried to snap photos of the singer.
The following night, Justin hit the 11th Annual Leather & Laces bash, partying until 5 a.m. on Sunday. However, sources also told Yahoo the singer did not appear to be drinking.
Bieber was heading to Super Bowl from Toronto, where he was arrested and charged with assault last week stemming from a December incident in which he allegedly attacked a limousine driver.
This all comes nearly two weeks after Justin was arrested for DUI in Miami.
Bieber's February is off to a great start.
